Fitgas is a privately owned training and assessment centre offering a number of courses for domestic and commercial gas, oil and water industry operatives. • At Fitgas we pride ourselves on the broad range of ACS assessments that we offer; and
• The National Accredited Certification Scheme for gas fitting operatives (ACS) provides a route for gas engineers to prove their competence in gas work prior to registering with CORGI. Membership of an approved body (CORGI) is a mandatory requirement for most persons carrying out gas related work, and all engineers are required to take and pass ACS gas assessments relative to the areas of work they undertake every five years.
